Amazing company! Everyone on their team was professional and courteous, with my family and myself. When our water main broke this summer, they put us on the schedule quickly and completed all the repairs beautifully. Easy to work with, answered questions, and asked our opinion when needed. Good quality work, at a fair price from trustworthy people.

They are amazing! So professional and thorough. Our main water line broke in our basement and we had a good inch and a half of water flowing everywhere. We discovered the flood around 6 pm and the team was at our house within 2 hrs. They did an amazing job with the clean up and drying out. They explained every detail of their job thoroughly, did not try to do any unnecessary work and were truly focused on doing the best possible job they could and kept in touch each day as they checked on the progress of the drying out faze. Joe and his crew are as professional as it gets I had a small leak from son flushing the toilet with a few toys. Joe mentioned everything there could be in water used for bathroom purposes and really knew his stuff minimal demo was needed and he even used products safe for children and animals . I have 4 dogs so that was awesome he also used special film to walk on on the carpet to the front door . I would give 100 stars if there were any!!!!!!you go joe

Joe was easy to work with and came quickly and didn't hesitate to leave fans and dehumidifier for an extra couple of days to make sure my wall was dry so the contractor could repair. Give him a shot.

"I am writing this letter to commend on services I received from Category 3 LLC.   I was  recently  told I  had mold in a second  house I own, right  in the middle of trying to sell it.

I actually live 2 hours away  and didn't have a car , money or time to personally attend to all aspects of testing remediation and reconstruction. I felt very upset and lost. The very first time I spoke with Dominick he was calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. it was always a pleasant experience since then : he answers calls in a timely manner and was always willing to help coordinate  with contractors and inspector. he sent me daily updates including pictures of the work in process. With all the difficulties I encountered ,I felt Dominick was ""on my side"" so to speak. The process went very smoothly thanks to Dominick. I was told by the mold inspector that the job was very well done and we passed inspection the very first time, to my relief! When it came time to put all back together one of the contractors told me the job had been done  so neatly that  it would be easier and cheaper to rebuilt, which was music to my ears. I recently had a devastating problem -- a sewage back-up to a bathroom, foyer and exercise room. I am actually the owner of the company and wanted to take the time to thank my customers for making me who i am today. Wouldn't be anything without customers!

While the customer service is very good, the quality of some of the work is not so great. Back in 2019 my mother had a pipe bust which flooded her second floor resulting in her to have carpet pulled up and new carpet installed. It is only 2021, 2 years later and the carpet is already showing creases throughout the whole downstairs. This is mainly because it wasn’t initially laid properly.  After spending all that money to get it installed we now have to pay someone to come out and stretch it, so that the carpet doesn’t get destroyed in the long run. Like I previously mentioned the customer service is good, (although when contacting them they did nothing to fix the issue) they are personable, prompt, kind and respectable, I just wish the quality of the service they provided matched up to the customer service.

The Extensive Repairs that Restoration Experts of NY did was EXCELLENT-OUTSTANDING-EXCEPTIONAL. Let me say that I am not experienced in Home Repair; and am clueless with the simplest home repairs.  I had a small fire in my parents house on LI NY ; and due to the Great Response of the Local Fire Dept. was able to contain the damage ; although due to getting into the house in a few different places there was much additional damage (which was better then having the house burn to the ground). There was also smoke damage in the entire house , & water damage that spread to many areas from the containment.  Restoration Experts of NY was one of the Preferred Restoration / Construction Companies given to me from my Insurance Co.. ( They were on Top of the List). They came out to look and I Immediately knew that this was the Restoration  co. to work with.  My mother went to brothers House 800 miles away and I after the first meeting went back to my House 1300 miles away.  Since we were both far away Restoration Experts would almost on a daily basis tell us what they were doing ; and ALWAYS gave me choices prior to the work ( when choices were needed instead of going ahead with the work without my input).  I had TOTAL CONFIDENCE from 1300 miles with ONLY being on-sight 2 times during the re-build.  Restoration Experts also used the Computer and Cell Phones to send me images of the work.  It's Important to know that this Restoration was done at the height of the Covid-19 Crisis ; and yet through their decades old vendors ; got the job done with very few minor vendor delays.  The House looks Brand New.  Their Interface with the Insurance Co. was Terrific and also all the other groups they had to deal with that you would never suspect needed to be done before and during the re-build.  A 60 YO House that was looking like a 60 yo House ; NOW Looks Brand New and probably has Increased the Value of the House by $400K.  All Your Construction Needs will go far beyond any expectation you have ; and your ONLY should be Respiration Experts.  I certainly will be glad to speak with you in person. J.P. the project manager arrived right on time.  He was very professional and friendly.  I had a leak in my downstairs bathroom ceiling. The contractors he sent to repair the hole responded quickly and did an excellent job.  My bathroom looks like new.

Arnie Quaranta, the owner, of Restoration Experts helped me out big time! I had black dust all over my home. Arnie explained this to be a puff back after he did an inspection. My oil burner back fired and shot out soot. I have had regular cleanings over the years so Arnie was able to take a look at my insurance policy, and it was completely covered. Restoration Expert's cleaned my home up in a timely fashion and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company one bit.

I had a laundry fire and called this company for the cleaning. Response time was amazing the owner Arnie was at my house assessing the damage withing 4hrs of my call.he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He was able to make my wife laugh even though she was stressed out beyond her capacity. His crews were outstanding. Christian the supervisor barely stopped to eat lunch and was back at work. Active Duty service member, currently closing on a house and needs plumbing and drywall repairs. I called this place to get a quote. These people were not professional at all, had a guy in here all day take pictures on his personal phone and blueprint my entire house making up an exact model  on his computer(security risk) which took about 5 hours. (Arnie) the owner calls me, asks me to explain the issue and cuts me off and says "we only handle insurance claims, we dont want to get involved" and hangs up. Not an OUNCE of empathy or respect for wasting my entire day and then calls me quickly to hang up with no explanation. I called him back and it is my understanding they pick what jobs they want to contract and today I did not make the cut. I have water damage in my home and I will have to fix it myself and now set up a security system asap.

"Saturday after returning from work I discovered a pipe burst on the third floor of my home. Flooding throughout my home, basement had 2 ft of standing water. My son called Servpro of Port Jefferson. James Feustel came within 45 minutes. I was nervous having people in my home during covid and very upset about the water everywhere. James assured me his staff would take ever precaution to keep everyone safe and get the water pumped out. He explained the process step by step and by the evening James and his professional staff had set up dryers, fans and dehumidifiers on all three floors. "The Good Steer was closed due to a snowstorm. I came in just to check things out and found about 8 inches of water in the basement due to a catastrophic plumbing failure. This company saved our families house!! In a serious blizzard, none the less! Within hours of our emergency call, Rory and his team of guys were to the rescue, drudging through the snowstorm to Hampton Bays. The snowstorm caused a pipe to burst and resulted in a complete waterfall right into our basement apartment kitchen and bathroom! The entire two rooms needed to be gutted immediately. The minute I saw that flood, I knew exactly who to call! This team worked tirelessly until the project was complete. Not only did they do an incredible job, but it was done in a timely manner. They helped us from start to finish, from the water damage, to the insurance, the electric, plumbing, the complete rebuild. They actually found a PRE-EXISTING PROPANE LEAK during the demolition.. that small leak could have leveled the house if undetected. We owe Bulovas Restoration a huge thank you for their hard work!! Bulovas Restorations was a true Godsend after a sprinkler pipe burst in my condo.  They were at my home within an hour and had already opened the walls and ceilings, pulled up the carpeting and padding to dry everything and make sure that no mold would grow. He also arranged for a relocation mover to expertly pack and move all my belongings and furniture to a warehouse so that nothing else would be affected by the water.   Rory Bulovas is a true professional.  He helped me with the insurance and he hired a project manager to make sure that all went smoothly.  Practically my entire duplex condo had to be re-done including wood floors, carpeting, drywall, painting, etc.  His kindness and expertise helped me through the six weeks that I was staying in a hotel. I need to give 100 stars to Rory and his crew. I had to shut down one of my stores because of a team member being exposed to covid. We didn’t want to take any chances. "My Mother's hot water tank gave out and spilled at least 15 gallons of water in her living room, closet and bedroom. Carpeting was saturated. They arrived promptly and immediately began vacuuming up as much water as possible, removed all affected carpeting and placed a few very commercial dehumidifiers and fans for a few days. Rory and his team are true professionals! My moms house was converted to natural gas heat by the previous homeowner. The original fuel oil tank is still in the crawl space on the ground level in the utility room. "Rory and his team of magicians worked an absolute miracle in a rental property I manage and also in a second property I own.  Tenants often times are hard on carpeting and 5 children under 12 years old can be a challenge to any flooring. He and his team restored the five year old carpet to a very presentable and acceptable level.  The other unit had carpeting that is almost 10 year sold and again he worked wonders.  As a result of his work the carpets will not have to be replaced.  I couldn't be happier!

my wife and I had servpro Ronkonkoma come in for a restoration cleaning in our home. Their staff was dishonest, they didn't do a good job, and now they are ignoring our requests through email. They promised us the world and delivered nothing.

This week a pipe burst in our home.The worry and anxiety of handling this issue was relieved when my plumber recommended ServPro. I couldn’t be happier. Rich and Tyler walked me through the process including being on phone with me as I called my insurance company. They had heaters brought in same night , the following day  dehumidifiers and fans to dry up. Today, a team led by Ronny came in and packed everything up carefully in boxes and Saran wrapped all the rest to protect it from damage. ordered a Pod and besides measuring the moisture in all damaged areas, cut away all the wet Sheetrock - multiple rooms and tore up floors where needed especially my entire finished basement. I did not have to do anything . Besides all of that, they- Ronny, John, Steve and Mike did all the cleanup - from carting away garbage to sweeping and mopping as if nothing happened. Wish I can give 10 stars . Called at 7:15 at night due to a leak in my basement. Ronny answered the call immediately and was at my house within 20 minutes - way ahead of when he said he would be . He was friendly, knowledgable and courteous and assessed the situation right away. His crew was there within 45 minutes and had ripped down the sheetrock- trying to make as little a mess as possible . They found the problem and then their boss Steve came by at 10 pm to fix/replace  the pipe that had a pinhole leak. They were back at 9:30 this morning and have begun the tear out and packing up of the contents so they could do the rebuild as fast as possible  and are dealing my my Insurance company . "What a great company! An absolutely outstanding organization, they were kind and helpful from the moment their receptionist answered the phone. Ronny, the project manager, arrived within 15 minutes after my pool collapsed.

From the moment he arrived he calmed my nerves, assured me that he's seen this before and that they would take care of everything.  He had a crew of workers there within the hour pumping out the water, removing ruined materials like carpet and sheetrock and our personal possessions. They were all courteous  and respectful of my home and property. In fact they were almost superhuman, working under unbearable conditions of heat and humidity never stopping to rest and only occasionally stopping for some hydration. After they removed the wet items they began removing cabinets, sheetrock, and trim. They did so neatly and carefully, making the reconstruction a little easier when the time comes for that.

My sump pump failed duringELSA’S pass over Huntington. My basement flooded. Found united on google and they were quick and thorough . I don't know if their price was typical. I needed them that day and they came. Left messages for other services that didn't call back for a day or two. They treated basement with antimicrobial and it seems to have worked. No funky odors in the place. All around good job

Victor and Louis were excellent to deal with, communicative and professional, and they made a dealing with a minor disaster a little easier and certainly more pleasant.  There was a crew at the house within a few hours of the plumbing issue being resolved, and they started demo the next day.  They were professional and work horses, getting two days worth of work done in one long day.  They left equipment to dry the area and came back each day to check the levels.  They cleaned up everything they could and even discovered some termite damage we didn't know about, which is helpful as we can treat and fix this before the walls are sealed back up.  What professionals!

After my pipe leaked behind my wall, my insurance company sent United Water Restoration to my home, and I am so glad that they did.  I can't say enough good things about the work that they preformed, the attention to detail and most of all, not only their professionalism, but their respect to me and my home.  They did not settle for "good enough", but insisted on leaving their machine in place for a few extra days to make sure that the wood was completely dry.  I would not hesitate to give them a five star rating!!!  Wonderful company, everyone from top to bottom was friendly and responsive.  They followed up and always let me know when they would be coming.  Can't praise them enough!!!! United Restoration van got here less than an hour after we called the company. I didn't know what to do when the ceiling was leaking down so they went up to the attic and said AC was clogged. The mess was cleaned up and they fixed the damages with construction too with insurance money! Great company for damage repairs. Highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend the team at United Water Restoration. These guys did a great job removing mold from my basement.  Everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant and helpful. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and took pride in their work. I felt well taken care of.

Needed these guys to come out and help out in my basement. We had a small boiler leak in our utility closet which need to be fixed and due to that we had buckling floorboards. They came in no time and helped placed drying equipment to correct the issue. Great company and very affordable.

The boys at United really got me out of a pickle my water heater busted flooded a good foot of water and my finished basement my wife and I were having a lot of anxiety over the damage they were very calming and very helpful to make sure my experience with my insurance company went smoothly and I was very appreciative of everything they did for us I would definitely use them again but hopefully I'll never have to see them again!

my summer ended with a leak in the upstairs AC drain line causing damage to walls, ceilings, floors in several rooms. what a disaster. their technicians strategically handled my belongings and worked from room to room until everything was dried properly. believe it or not, now that construction is done the place looks better than it did before the accident

I had a major water leak in my house due to a broken pipe in the bathroom. United Water Restoration group came and took care of the moisture and humidity and the cleaning up. They set up a few machines and let them run for a entire week and now there is no smell or anything. Good job and well done. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had water damage in my attic from an HVAC issue.  When we went up into the space we discovered a healthy amount of mold everywhere.  I called United Water Restoration for a quote to perform remediation.  Phil and his team responded very quickly to assess the situation.  He reviewed the mold reports I had received and gave me a detailed description of what the job would entail along with a breakdown of equipment and processes.  I hired them to do the work, aside from being very professional and punctual, he was able to provide all of the documentation I needed to submit to the insurance company and really went above and beyond to facilitate the repair and reconstruction of other issues that arose beyond the original scope of work.  Home repair can be incredibly stressful, but Phil and his team were truly some of the best contractors I've ever worked with.

United Water was soooo professional and courteous to my self and my family. I was referred to them through my homeowners insurance as a result of Racoon  damage to my attic space that affected my central system. They did a weeks worth of work in 2 days staying late to finish the job!!! It was hot and small up there but they worked tirelessly to finish and make sure all was safe for my self and my family!!!

I just saw the reviews...There was one with one star with no explanation....There is no way in hell this company would deserve that.  I had a flood in my basement and these guys came in first with a team to mitigate the initial damage(humidifiers, air filters, and assessment of damage to the property)...These guys did this politely and respectfully and were very thorough.  They kept in touch regarding the process and other repairs(that another company was doing unrelated)to do rip out and then did a two day rip out job for all the damaged materials.  The two guys that came worked incredibly hard, cleaned up completely, were as polite, friendly, and respectful as could be.  I am 49 years old.  Probably the best service(despite an awful situation) I have ever received.

My hot water heater blew out, leaving my basement (with tons of storage) completely flooded. Pete and Jovan made what could have been a horrible experience totally manageable. No one is ever excited to call a company to deal with a water damage in their home.  That said, not only were they prompt and efficient in what they needed to do, they explained everything thoroughly and were simply a pleasure to work with.
